Free Local Delivery & Service Guidelines

At Steeple Furniture, we proudly offer free local delivery on most furniture purchases.

Free Delivery Includes:

  • Delivery to the first floor of your home (mattresses may be delivered to the first or second floor).
  • No furniture removal or rearrangement — please have the space clear before delivery.
  • Clear pathways inside and outside your home are required (including wall decor and outdoor obstructions).
  • Delivery path must be within 60 feet of the truck.
  • Up to 6 exterior steps only; no exterior staircases.
  • We do not remove doors or railings.
  • Footwear must remain on — please protect your floors ahead of time.
  • Customer is responsible for making sure furniture will fit inside the home. Customer is subject to a fee for merchandise return.

Premium Delivery May Be Required For:

  • Second-floor deliveries (excluding mattresses)
  • Basement deliveries
  • Assembly/setup of bedroom furniture and/or adjustable bed bases

Clearance, Bargain Basement, and "As-Is" items are delivered for $49 and are not eligible for protection plans.

We offer two furniture protection options:

1. Steeple Furniture’s 3-Year Extended Service Plan
2. Montage 5-Year Premium Protection Plan

If case goods items are under $499 assembly fee may apply.
