WARRANTY AND TERMS

Returns

Any stock items) (excluding mattresses and box springs) may be returned within 24 hours of sale for a Refund minus 20% for restocking. Adelivery charge wil be assessed upon pick-up and exchange.

Steeple Furniture reserves the right to reject any returned items) that have been soiled or damaged. Customer must notify steeple furniture within 24 hours of the purchase date of any problems and or the pos- sibility of returning any item. fI an item is going to be returned there wil be a restocking fee and item must be brought back to the store with in 48 hours of the purchase date. If steeple furniture is to pick up the item it will be done as soon as possible and there will be a pick up fee added to the restocking fee at that time.

SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS: You are expected to wait for special orders. Sometimes there are delays which are beyond our control.

The cancellation of any special order wil result in forfeiture of the initial 30% deposit. Any additional payments will be refunded.

Any special order that cannot be cancelled by the manufacturer or has arrived at the store is nonrefundable and must be delivered within 14 days.

Warranties

Steeple Furniture will honor all manufacturers warranties as stated on furnishings, mattresses and box- springs purchased at Steeple Furniture with the exception of items sold AS IS, no warranty, clearance, and bargain basement items. The warranty period begins at date of purchase of items. For special order items, the warranty period wil begin upon arrival of the merchandise at our warehouse.

For warranty claim, customers must present the original sales slip from date of purchase. Warranties will be honored only when the items are ni the home of the original purchaser.

Steeple Furniture delivery drivers are not to carry any furnishings except those delivered from Steeple Furniture. There is a charge for any removal and must be scheduled prior to delivery.

Steeple Furniture's free delivery does not include any door removal, door jamb removal or any extras.

Service: Any service calls after 30 days of delivery wil be subject to a service fee. Sales: The Cancellation of any in stock sale will result in forfeiture of the 20% deposit.

Any item that requires in-home assembly wil be subject to an assembly fee.
